Meet Kirsty
I’ve loved art from a really young age, its always been really therapeutic for me to be in a creative space whether that be drawing, painting or decorating. I’m in my element when I’m given a theme but I have free reign on the design. I am for sure a messy creative though, my work station is always organised chaos! I also run all the social media which I love’ its where we get to interact with our customers & they are a huge part of our journey. We share the good the bad and the ugly of running our small business.
Meet Jan (Mum!)
The baker, recipe creator & the glue to the business- oh and the list maker! Since becoming full time over a year ago at the cakery mum’s bakes have fast become popular with our customers, I throw the ideas and she puts her magic to work. We’re often asked what secret ingredient is used in our bakes that leaves them wanting more…well, mums the word. But behind the scenes she’s the one that makes us look like we know what we’re doing.
Meet Dad
The brownie king & cake trailer host with the most- formally known as the milkshake man at our cake Fridays. He has since, for the majority of this year, baked his way through 100’s of brownies orders & taken on the role of the brownie baker. He’s also got himself quite the fan base since we opened our cake trailer in into shopping centre Milton Keynes!
Kirsty made our semi-naked wedding cake and my god it was beautiful! Everyone was saying how amazing it was, and it tasted OUT OF THIS WORLD. Would highly recommend!
